Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm suffering from dry cough since a month and I have used some medication after consulting doctor , Reswas LS Syrup and Montair LC tablets and before consulting doctor I used cough syrup and azithromycin tablets but still no use and CT Chest scan also normal as per doctor. Recently ( 4days before ) got vaccinated( covaxin). Now cough is bit increased is that due to vaccine ??? Any other medicine can I use please suggest.

I am asymptomatic having mild cough? Wat medications I should take apart from vitamins. My wife is positive with mild symptoms..and we have 3.5 years old baby..give suggests medicine and precautions

Yesterday I had fever of 101 and mild cough then I consulted a doctor and took medicine aft taking medicine my fever got subsided but in the mrng again it was 99 and developed phelgm but when Itook steam my cough subsided. Now I don't have fever but having fatigue nausea mild throat ache and upper abdominal pain and sounds. Should I go for pcr test? I want to even add that I got wet in the rain 2 days back.

I am having excess throat mucus since one year which irritates sometimes . Nowadays I am getting bad taste/smell from the mucus sometimes . What is the cause of bad taste?

Ear infection .had the same problem 2years ago ...Doctor prescribed anti biotic and ear drop...it was well after that...I could not remember the medicine..

When I touch my left ear I feel pain.. Also I couldn't get my ears cleaned since long. So i need consultation... Kindly advice...also I recovered from covid-19, around10 days back.
