Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Current Health Condition ====================                           When I get up in the morning my throat is normal and I can take tea and do lunch normally but the problem start after hour or later and I feel like spasm or feel like something move right and left inside ( I feel like a constraction of muscle ) in my throat throughout the day than I drink evening tea and eat dinner as well without trouble but continue same like till I sleep that's why sometimes my night spoiled because my focus all on that it's really discomfort to me and hurt but I never have swaollen problem Infact when I eat I am not aware of that I have pain. I am suffering same problem from teenage but it comes and goes eventually with sort of cocktail medicine but never cure permeantly pls advise thank you.

He has joint pains throat pain and headache What medicine we need to take He has tested for covid but the result is negative nd he is suffering from joint pain for past 5 days

My ear is full of wax and when I insert earbud it pains. Please recommend any good ear cleaning solution.

2 years before, I have little bit infection of Nemounia and docter also said that litte bit infection Of TB. So he suggested to take TB medicines for 6 months. Then I follow that plan. But my cough problem is still with me and sore throat. And in morning time or sometime any time I feel pain in my chest.. When I stretch my body specially chest area. Please suggest to recover all these things.

ENT diagnosis granular pharyngitis he gave me antibiotics and cough relief but still the dry throat and pain is not going and now a days feeling fatigue,

What will happen if we take only single vaccine done and will not take second dosage Covid vaccine ?

I am facing this condition from last 8-10 months. I constantly feel this urge to take deep breaths and if I avoid taking it, I feel very uncomfortable may be something close to feeling shortness of breath..however one small sigh is enough, but again after few mins I feel the same urge.this doesn't happen at any particular time or doesn't have any specific pattern.. but mostly I feel this while having food. Or also when just sitting in a relaxed position.my O2 levels are normal.. also in the month of Jan I got a spirometry test done on my Dr.'s advice which also came out normal However this still continues..I also experience a blocked nasal passage sometimes mostly in the morning after waking up with little sticky mucus at the back of my nose..I also experience palpitations sometimes while in deep sleep.. this bothers me..kindly help

Sir i am facing problems with  throat pain.when i eat or try to drink water . i feel pain in lower right side of my thrat.suggest me any medical treatment.it look like any kind of infection.

Always I wake up tired...and I will have shortness of breath when I get up.. tiredness whole day...I will be suffering from frequent respiratory infection like throat pain...
