Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have shortness of breath and sudden palpitations for which I thought I might have problem in my heart or lungs. So went for ECG, spirometry also x-ray of heart around 1.5-2months ago. But all the reports were normal. Then recently I came to know I have deviated septum, after evaluating me my ENT doctor said I have to undergo a surgery (Septoplasty I guess). But it's not possible due to this pandemic situation for immediate operation. So he gave me flutiflo n Montex. But since 1 weeks I am having a bit severe shortness of breath and my pulse rate increases for few minutes. When I try breathing hard it feels I might have an heart attack. What should I do pleàse suggest? Is these symptoms normal or should I go for immediate surgery? Please tell me some of the things I can do as of now

Whenever I touch my Tonsils there is a pain only in my left side of tonsils & sometimes I can feel little pain while swallowing the food. So two weeks back I consulted a doctor & she prescribed me Myospaz for 5 days (but I got headaches after taking it) She prescribed me 2 times a day but due to headaches I took only in the night. So should I again continue the consultation or it will go jus by salt water gargling or anything serious.

I can't hear with one ear since yesterday morning. I felt for a while may be the ear is closed but even after putting a few drops it did not make any difference. There was a dust in the ears, but nothing happened. I cant able to hear from one ear it's too irritated and i feel too worried what is happens suddenly some say air goes in it, some says it happen due to weather, some says it is happen because you have lots of dust in your ear what can i do now i want to be recover because my profession is IT and it is necessary to having good hearing power.

When i concentrate on saliva it produced more and when i swallow it theres loud swallowing sound it hapoens uncertain times and sometimes if sometime if i hear someone says saliva how to stop that clicking sound and saliva

I have a hole in my ear. Is there any chance to cure it without any surgery. Please tell me sir. Some times It's Very painful

My son 8 month old having sore throat for about 10 days , no other symptom is there, i am giving him ascoril ls 0.7 ml 3 times a day from 2 days but no improvement is there, feefing him honey and tulsi kadha. Kimdly let me know about it. He is playing normally.

He has cough since last 2 weeks. It was almost cured for 2 days, but it came back again.he is tested negative for corona.

I am 27 years male having intense motion sickness problem. Different types medicines used but no improvement at all rather taking all of those prescribed medicines as a side effect headache , dry mouth and sometimes hard stool occurred. So it has no other option to cure ??? It makes my life miserable.

I'm unable to breathe and there is dryness in my nose although my O2 level is 97-98 and I'm suffering from chest pain for which I'm taking zerodol+pentakind+vitamin D sachet and I'm having pain in my upper stomach my esr+crp+liquid profile reports are normal and for nose blockage I'm taking Allegra M still I'm suffering from dryness+blockage in breathing in my nose so what can I do??

I feel noise or kind off irritating sound when I touch my outer part of ear or when I press ear...please assist me what can be done
