Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear Drs please advise me, i had sneezing issur 2 month ago I'm taking montek LC, last night had nose bleeding after jogging or don't know the exact reason so took dr preferred medicine botroclot, solspre and vit C tab, day after tomorrow I am taking covid vaccine, is it safe and of to take the vaccine, is it right time? Pls advise me.

I have been facing difficulty in swallowing for the past couple of days. On checking my tongue I found unusual bumps at the end on the right side of the tongue. There were many of them. I am still facing difficulty in swallowing. I have slight headache and there has been sudden year pain for the last 2 months. I was facing dry throat 2 months ago. On diagnosis it was found to be Staphylococcus aureus.

No Cough, no fever, nose is jam, no smell a bit taste. Weaknesse . What medication should I prefer To get oky

Getting ear pain when hear sudden noises and feeling resounding. Tried using coconut oil in nights but still no use. Please suggest on this.

It seems something is stuck in the throat and there is  difficult in swallowing and pains in the throat, Also previous night lots of vomiting.

I have sinusitis problem from many years but I get infected only when I drink ice cold water or take showers with cold water. 4 days back these two have happened unfortunately and I'm suffering from Sinus. I remember my family doctor suggesting ATM 500 for infection previously along with other tablet as little fever and body-pains used to be there. I took 4 days ATM 500 course and headache, cold, face swell are reduced but mild fever is there. No ENT doctor is present at my area right now and my family's doctor isn't reachable from last week. What medication should I follow or process?

Regularly wax will come from 1 ear most of the time it will be in semi solid state but at time it will be liquid and smells bad. Is it regular or will ear drops helps in resolving this? Can you suggest some vaccine for this.

My throat vein at back of throat is red in colour. There is no fever or any other issue..should I get tested for covid?
