Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am 24 yo, i have a history with tinnitus since 1.5 years or 2. Also, i have seen my ige levels are elevated around 400-500. So, I don't know if that counts as being allergic. I usually have rashes/hives which leads to itching. And as per bharat biotech they said allergic person shouldn't take this. So should I take the vaccine? Please guide me. I have my slots booked for tomorrow.

My son is 9 years old and his nose is bleeding since 5 days. I have tried all kinds of home remedies but of no use. His nose bleeded approx 8-6 times a day. Please help me.

Hello sir My recently some doctors are saying in this pandemic no need to take steam becoz even if positive or negative if we take steam we r directly taking virus into lungs with steam becoz from nose the virus going direct to lungs and having lungs infection some days they saying . So is this correct or not to take steam pls confirm

Last week he suffered with fever and sore throat. But now also he is suffering from sore throat. If he eat a pain killer then the pain is controlling, after that again it coming to normal situation

From Wednesday morning fever and throat pain is there. Throat pain aggravated thereafter feel difficult to swallow even saliva and water. Solids able to eat bread and corn flakes mixed with milk. Finding difficult even to speak. Pain unbearable Taking dolo 650 from Wednesday every 6 hrs once until now. Thurday went to general physician and had Azithromycin for 3 days (total 3 tablets). But no improvement still. Took covid test and the results came negative. Fever continues at 100.5

I was tested covid 19 positive on 21st Dec 2020 and i loss my sense of smell during that time but later on 4-6 days it was back, on the 9th Jan I've tested negative and after that I tested few more times over months and its negative all the time, but in every 7-10 days I'm sensing very bad smell and i have no cold but I'm always feeling like bad smell, can anyone advice me what is wrong here?
