Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am unable to sleep properly and can't even sit peacefully. Please try to give some solutions to avoid this ringing sound in my both the ears.

Last year three times occurred and now it has started to get pain again so what's the problem I don't understand, and I need some advice and guidance for the medicine I have to take, thank you.

My husband just recovered from Covid . From last 4-5 days blood is coming from his nose. And BP is also low in these days. What will be the issue , please suggest and guide.

I have tinnitus in both ears, they aren't loud and they only bother me a bit when I go to sleep, but one ear has a *teeeeeeet* sound while the other one is wooshing, I dont hear a heartbeat in the wooshing ear, however when I do sport and my heart tempo rises, I feel the pulse in the wooshing ear, so my question is, is it normal to have tinnitus in both but each ear has a different sound? Or do I have a pulsatile tinnitus in one ear, if so what should I do to deal with it? PS:I was diagnosed with blepharitis and chalazia in the eyelid next to the wooshing ear, could this be related?
