Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I just got back from an Ent doctor. I had clogged feeling in one ear. He did a tuning fork test on me which reveled i have mild hearing loss in my left ear. He gave me a few tests tymp, etf and pta. I am really worried i am 20. What could be causing this problem?

I'm having left ear block with slight pain in inner ear since two days. Should I take any antibiotics or decongestants. I tried steam inhalation.

Covid report negative, given medicine not working still I have too much cough some time dry , some time wet.Please provide any quick remedies for this..too much tiredness I am experiencing

Problem of sinus pain in left side of face. With dried mucus. No help from steam inhalation. Upper lip swelling, Headache Toothache , Watery eyes , facial pain.

I am suffering throat pain past 2weeks. I used some cofisels and hot water also but still paining...

I had flu about a month back. Everything is cured, except my coughing. It just doesn't go. Warm water, gargles, steam inhalation, nothing seems to work. It's like a constant dry itch at the base of the throat, and it gets irritated with talking or eating something hot or spicy. Some days it is less on its own, and on other days it's so bad it won't stop.

Dry cough it's not going I try all home remedies. Throat feel itchy and cough coming and even feeling light sore throat. No close contact to covid nor been out of hostel. Even nose is dry. Do I need to do covid test ? Or is it normal
