  4. Throat pain. Fever or no cough wt to do?

I have throat pain from 6 days doc suggested Azithromycin 500 and gudcef cv 200 and rantac tablet after I completed 3 days course pain cm down but after 2 day I mean 6 th day again throat getting pain and tonsils start both side pain there near by ears but no cold no fever or no cough wt to do? I should do covid test or what pls help me

Its better to go for covid test ( RTPCR ) Warm saline gargle twice daily
