Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Doctor, Good evening!! 2 years back doctors dignosed bronchities and advised to take augmentin 625 for 1 week. But same concluded no result. Further i had taken 1 week further course of augmentin. I have infection in throat since long back. Same seems to be transferred in lungs now. My throat seems red always & contineous mucus evolves with every spit in different colors like yellow, black or white. I have slight numbness near neck and shoulders. When i wake up early in morning my mouth found to be completely filled with white fluids. I smoke too which i am trying to quit now. Can i take Prednisolone? Please guide and advise best prescription.

Zerodol Mr tablet is prescribed by doctor for cheek and ear pain... We did CT scan, result is no fungal infection.. Can i breast feed the 6 mth baby after CTscan and taking the Zerodol tablet..?? No other injection was given during scan..

I have undergone nasal polyps surgery in mid March. Now If I do nasal wash ( naso clear )r egularly, is there chance of getting mucor or black fungus due to nasal wash ? Should I use neosporin tube after nasal wash ?

Hi, I was tested positive for COVID on 14th April 2021 and I was asymptomatic. I was at home isolation and was tested negative on 26th April. Now the issues from last two days I was having little uncomfort in my nose like the initial feeling of cold but then I took steam and it was better. Today I felt tightness in my head and then heaviness, slight numbness and pain on the left side of my face (cheek and jaw). What should I do? Should I take migrane medicine or go for xray? please help.

I took my first dose of covaxin yesterday. I have some mild local body pain around the left shoulder/back where I took my vaccine, as well as a persistent mild headache. In addition there is some general tiredness. It advisable to take pain relief or paracetamol to reduce discomfort?
