Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am facing coughing and sure throat problems but its not regular.. Such problem comes and goes.. I seems that is allergy for some particular agent as rice, curd, cold things, dust, bright fragrance etc,before 4 years i having problems thats tonsils and doctor had said to me that my nose bone increased.. Then i had taken prescription to doctor and my problems has been solved.. Before 2 years coughing and sure throat problem came and i taken Ayurvedic treatment and problem has been gone.. But November 2020 same problem available me yet now.. Such problem comes and goes i do not understand that what is this.. I afraid that is it corona? But i am sure that it can not be corona because last 6-7 month my oxygen level is 98% and fever not available, kindly assist me best..

If uvula size is very large and pointy.it sometime feels something stuck on my necks. Does it cause nose block. Should it requires surgery??

My mother has been sufferering from cough with phelgm Doctor suggested me to use 1) Bro zedx syrup & phylline tablet Azitromycin (to reduce Infection) Is Azitromycin good to reduce infection ? Does Azitromycin reduce infection to control phlegm in chest? In recent times,many scientists says,Azitromycin can create trouble to health?? Is that true ? Please clarify with your valuable answers

I got a stuffy nose 3 days back. After that throat ache started. Slept over night. Nose became ok but got a fever around 100,101 n so... Took pcm. Hot water gargles. Steam. The throat ache becomes worse. There are no other symptoms just a sharp throat pain even while swallowing and breathing tht I feel at the centre of chest near the neck. Kindly guide.

Pain in right ear , right jaw and wisdom tooth on the right ( had the tooth from a long time but never pained before) . Pain on right side and behind the neck . Random dizziness throughout the day and difficulty sleeping

Hi I have no COVID symptoms but just get that in the throat that something is stuck inside my throat I don't feel pain or anything throughout the day but when I break my fasting during evening It's starts then I have been gaggling from warm water with salt and turmeric it becomes all fine but then again sometimes during evening it's starts I take some liquids after fasting like juice or lassi Or sometimes I include curd in food I want to know the reason why does that happen and also I want to know any medicine recommended or any remedies that can be given to get rid of this

Though I have not shown my case to any doctor yet, but I suffer from sneezing when I am exposed to change in weather/temperature. Thus, I think I am a patient of allergic rhinitis. Can I go for covid vaccination safely, if yes, then COVAXIN or COVISHIELD or any of them?

From last 2 weeks, i was facing difficulty to swallowing but suddenly from last 3-4 days, started to feel like something stuck in thorat. Done antigen test also it is negative. And attached blood cbc test also.

I lost my sense of smell a week back where i am not able to smell anything from far but if I bring it close to my nose like 1-3 inches i get the smell. Any medications required? Or steam? Or exercise? Taste is fine
