My mother age is 60, She has recovered from covid ...Now her TSH level is 0.03...please guide me to what to do

Hello doctors, I just want to know what can a neck ultrasound show? Pls answer some points of mine: 1. Can it show any irregularities with my tonsils? 2. Can it show any irregularities with my voice box/larynx? Will it be able to show the above two irregularities?

My mother was suffering from covid..Initial symptoms started from 18th April..There is no such problem as of now but now we can find swelling under her eyes without pain which is visible since 5th may. I feel my nose is blocked but I dont have breathing problem nor mucus but it feels blocked not fully opened...I had covid 1 month ago with mild symptom like loss of smell...what shud I do

I have normal cold since 2-3 month without running nose. But now During inhalation I can't inhale properly due to which my ear feel pressure and little pain from last 2 days. But during exahalation i can exhale properly without any problem. I have taken Azithromycin 500mg, levocitrezine & Steam for 5 days but not getting any improvement in breathing. I have tested 2 times Covid-19 negative in last 15 days. Note: Till the age of 20 i used to normally caught by cold in any season. Local Dr. Called it NAJLA ( नजला) .
