Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a sore throat since 5 May night and fever as well in between 99-100. I consult the doctor and take the medicine but the problem is sore throat is still the same and due the medicine my stomach is loose. Gargle and steam I have taken thrice a day. I think the fever I have due to the sore throat. Can you suggest the medicine for sore throat and one for to stop the loose motion. I have IBS problem so please suggest the medicine accordingly.
