Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My age is 30. Whenever I clean my tongue and come out my tongue I saw epligotis. I saw epligotis everytime. Someone says it is not normal. It is not sees in adult person. But whenever I forced tongue come out it sees. It makes me panic. I feel i am in dangerous situation. Because my friends try to see their epligotis but they can't see it. But I saw my epligotis everytime. Their is no breathing aur swallow problem. But some throat irritation and dry throat symptoms. Actually I can't sleep for last 2 days. I continuesly thinking about this problem. Please all ENT specialist on practo please tell me it's normal or I am in danger because my friend can't see his epligotis but I always see it whenever I comes out my tongue. In MRI scan I got report as Mucosal thickening in left inferior turbinate. I have nasal congestion and through infection And sometimes pain near left ear (not always) only if I do any quick action, is this normal

I am having ringing in years from a month...I have shown to ENT too..they have given tinnicar, monticope tablets, I have done even hearing test,my hearing is 100% normal,I have even done audiometry test, they said there is no problem,and said there is small disturbance in Middle year,the doctor who tested said it's curable,but when I showed to my ENT doctor,she gave those tablets which I said..since I had ringing when I stopped tablets,she said to ignore the sound thats what I can do,so I am too scared if this is not curable at all.. please respond for this..if it's curable or not, And as I said ,I will have ringing from 6PM only,but your saying that my sound masks due to day sounds,but that's not true..my house is too silent entire day..and we see TV and make noises at night itself,so I don't know why I am having ringing... please say if it's curable, I am too scared, please say what can I do, I am attaching my audiometry report.. kindly look into it

Having Pain in left ear and sometimes lower left brain since 3-4 days. Earlier to that had fever of 37 to 37.85 degree Celsius. Now fever is gone and but have pain as told and loss of appetite. please suggest something.

I am prone to allergies caused by dust etc and the symptoms is excessive sneezing.itching in eyes,ear and inside mouth.Its become difficult to breathe when i get allergy. I want to know which medicine can instant relief from allergy.

Respected sir/madam, 8-9 days ago i suddenly feel sore throat problem...after taking Azithromycin for 5 days...still having the problem with some minor extent and mil fever 99.4 for two days ..the i tested my self for covid...ny RTPCR is negative...now m taking doxycycline and multivitamin for the same...lots of relief ...almost no fvr ...but i m having burning sensation near throat n upper chest portion...then i avoided tea ...now m feeling much better...but m still feeling dry typ Thorat especially after sleeping...or sometime in night i have to wake up due to this... please suggest some solutions for the same. thanking you deepak Sharma

2 week before ,I was tested my blood, the results was Typhoid and Swine flu,now my problem is losing sense of smell and cough,nose bleeding by coughing up,How can I recover from this problem,and what should I do

I am having ringing in my ears from 6 PM everyday until I sleep...the next day will be normal and again appears at 6PM.. Can't this ringing be completely curable?? Why is this happening,I showed to ENT too.. I have even done hearing test,and it's normal.. hearing is 100% normal..also in audiometry test it came that,there is slight slight problem in middle ear part,they said with tablets it will be cured,but doctor gave tinnicar,monticope, tablet's..it used to reduce when I take..but after tablets are over..again ringing appears..can't this be curable?? please help me..this irritates a lot😭
