Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

How to incease platelate count .plz tell...food to eat and medicine to take...and oxygen level is also decreasing day by day

I have been coughing for more than a week now, its worst in the morning before I wake up and at night before I go to sleep. Once I started coughing it becomes a non stop cough and mostly dry cough, for about 10/15 minutes. I used to have a small cough too but the non stop cough usually occurs 3/4 times in a day, but I have no fever or brathing difficulties so far. I'm really worried about it. I don't know if I'm infected with covid or if I have serious throat infection or, some lung infection. Please help

Hi dr My throat burns everytime I eat something This is happening since 2 days Yesterday I had something very very spicy and oily and had burning in the throat with continued till today morning Today morning I got blood in my saliva once Then when I tried to spit again and check it' was not present Again today eve I got blood in saliva but the quantity was very small I'm scared what is it doctor Every time I eat something I have a burning throat I'm scared pls help me Do I need to see an ent in person ? Or is it because of dry throat Since it's Ramadan I've been fasting Pls reply

Hi dr, from last 4 days my throat is paining although its a mild paining which gradually increases a little when i lay down ,i have a problem in swallowing also . is this a tonsil or something else and what should i do.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have some doubts regarding vaccination (1) I have allergic rhinitis and bronchitis since last 2 years I have to visit doctor time to time when it gets unbearable. (2) Recently last month I visited my doctor and rhinitis is now in control but there is lot of mucus ejected from vocal box and from lower part of it. (3) Suffering from constipation since last 8 months. Please suggest in these conditions shall I go ahead for self vaccination.
