Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I do not have any cold related problem or not any runny nose but my nose is eventually blocks automatically sometimes it happens one nose, sometimes both since 1 year. After using Nasivion medicine those blocks removes but when i stop using nasivion medicine  then nose block occurrs. I can't able to remove it without using nasal spray. Kindly help me how can i get rid of it .

In the last 2-3 week she has found food swallowing problem but now she faces drinking problem too . There is neck pain problem also.

I m covid  positive.  ..can i wash my hair... its become very  oily due  to   non washing of hair  ..

Internal cold, throat infection, cough and burning sensation in stomach, having weekness, feeling latherzic.

Can u suggest me some tablet for blocked nose . Only 1 side nose I was getting breath easy another 1side is tough. Cannu suggest me some tablet to breathe easy plz it wil help full and blocked nose dry cough

My mother is suffering from severe dry cough due to which she's not able to breathe properly. Also she is diabetic. Anyone please help with good medicine which she can take. Her age is 61 yrs. Thanks in advance.

I am feeling little bit of heavy ness in one side from eye to ear . And little sore throat also in same side. Very less nose congestion in same side.

My mother was vaccinated 18 days back for first dose of covid 19. After 4 days of vaccination she was having mild fever and throat pain. Also her blood pressure level increased upto 170/90 as told by doctor When consulting local doctor. Now she is quiet well but doctor has increased frequency of BP medicine twice a day as she was talking once a day earlier. But still some problem she is facing in throat while sleeping. Is it safe to use cotton ear buds to remove dirt/wax from ear for cleaning ? As read somewhere that it is avoidable to use ear buds infact not to remove anything unless creating problem in ears

My mother is in covid recovering stage and she is diabetic. She is experiencing stuffed nose and thicker mucus in upper nose and throat area. Little pain in either side of nose and little blurred vision, dizziness and weakness. Are these signs of mucormycosis? Anything to worry about this and what are the symptoms of mucormycosis?
