Chest and back congestion and little cough from past 20 days.i am feeling this once in a while not every sec of the day.is this due to gastric ? My temperature is 98.2 and my oximeter level is always between 98 or 99.cough is dry.is this due to acid reflux , gastric ? Should I be concerned about this ? I go brisk walk for 20 min and I don't feel tired.there I cough once or twice after walking for 20 min.i drink hot water after which i will be ok without any problem. Inputs please

From last 15 days i am facing dry nose and dry througt, starting I have little pain in througt, I have taken medicine,but my become dry and as well nose. Please suggest me what I should do at present my nose getting blocked at sleeping and fever in only througt.

Hi sir.. I have procured below medicine for Bhashkar as some were not available and Today his  oxymeter reading stabilised in the range 90-91-92 He has been taking below medicine for 5-6 days now: Today is 15th day after 1st symptom and 6th day of medicine use: L-hist mont paracetamol Dexamethasone ivecmectin zinc chewable tablets pentoprazole zincovit Now after medicine use and on his 15-16th day after first day of symptom on night of 26th april- His symptoms are: Little chest congestion heavy headness pulse -66 to 70 no Fever oxymeter reading is around 91-90-92 2 days back , oxygen level was 95 as well in the morning time i.e on 8th May 2021. Can you please suggest if this is normal after medicine or is there any sign to take any measures please?? any change is needed in medicine please? what should he normally take as food and routine .. how long will it take to get normal oxymeter reading..

I went through treatment of 6 month t.b course,but still I have lymph node on the neck ,guide me pls.

My wife is having a big red & white like painless pimple on tongue from 5-6 days. She is taking bicosule capsule twice a day with zytee lotion and orasore gel, but not getting any relief. The size of bump remains same from last 4-5 days.  Pls suggest medicine / action plan.
