Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I noticed this dark line on the roof of my mouth please suggest if it needs further examination.

I had asymptomatic (only fever)  corona in  Augest 2020 my thorat becomes red and one small blisters arises on throat .. I dont feel itchiness while eating or drinking nor irritation in the throat but after doing salt water gargle i feel that some phelgum is stucked in thorat ... My blood Oxygen level is 98% ( i can hold the breath for 1 minute too) and dont have fever ...i can smell the things and i do have have taste qualities ... No shortness of breath ..but I have gas problem and getting hard stool and its painful ( doing sitz bath of KmNo4) I m taking Azicip 250 and dolo 650 tablet..please suggest ? Is that symptom of corona ? Any medication require?

Earlier, my pitch nd voice was quite soft and sweet but from last 2 years i am feeling like it has changed a lot. Like the pitch got very higher and got more blurriness, it is not smooth as it used to be. Is it normal for girls? I have Pcod and my throat gets dry very quick when i talk.

I am experiencing pulsatile tinnitus for over a month now. It comes and goes. It also alternates between my 2 ears. Sometimes it is on my left ear and then sometimes on my right ear.

I was blowing my nose in the morning and I blocked my ear for my hand, and then I had a pain in my ear and head started spinning. And my hearing increased, I mean I could her all the voice which were not even very close. This "increased hearing" has happened before.but when I consulted an ENT she cleared the wax and that time too I heard a lot of voice and I told her, than she said, this is normal, but it was not. Please tell me what is actually happening to me.and previously after some time, when I would close my nostrils with index finger and thumb, and when I used to suck in, the hearing would come back to normal. But I am not able to do this also this time

My wife has ETD as diagnosed by doctor. Nazomac AF has been prescribed but after using it she is having bitter taste. Can she eat and take medicine inspite of that bitter taste?
