Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sister recovered from mild Covid ( first symptom fever on 12 Apr ,no cough cold).From last two days when she lays down she feels like her left nostril is partially blocked which leads to abnormal breathing.She can not sleep properly due to this.When she sleeps on her stomach after a while the nasal passage feel a free,but as soon as she lays on back the issue persists.No issue when sitting or standing.

I have 5 months old . From 2 days i lost my smell , i have lite body pains n throat pain. I have done corona test today. 3 days i have to wait for reports. Can i feed to my baby now.please help me

I was tested positive for Covid and once it was recovered since I am feeling stuffy ear and blocked nose. I have been prescribed with alerfix total, lone o capsule and zurofix with a sprey for 14 days and it is still the same just a little improvement is shown. Please let me know what can be done? Also my taste is 60% recovered but how much time does it take to recover completely as covid was detected on 12th April. Can you please suggest something which can help me?
