Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Tested positive for COVID a few days back. My left ear is blocked and is not popping. What can I do?

I have ear heaviness for a week. There is no pain. It feels like my both ears are full of water. I had no cold and cough the day I got this problem into my ear.  The moment I got heaviness in my ear I was going through headache. I use earphone 2-3 hours with breaks in a day. Kindly suggest solution to my problem.

I had covid in Feb 2021, now I am recovered with some breathing issues when I have to walk for long. Recently I feel choking while eating and my throat looks fine. Probably a little sensation in ears. Why am I having difficulty in eating?

I am suffering with constant mucus throat sensation from last one year but very thin mucus is coming out only when have a running nose but this sensation irritates me alot while having water or food. I am facing dry noise and dry througt from last 14 days, at sleeping my noise getting blocked and facing breathing problem. As medication I am using. Azithromycin ezcure 500 Burab DSR Acid Bacillus tablet Glencoff DX syrup I am feeling releaf when I put otrigen nasal spray for some hour. Please guide me what is should do this tablets are using from 3 days but still issue persist. Please help me

I am having nasal congestion in one of my nostrils for the last 2-3 weeks without any cold/fever. Although breathing difficulties is not there, sometimes it feels like I may be missing a breath or two.
