Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My father age-66, has been prescribed below medicines for 2 different episodes of severe vertigo happened in past few days. 1. Stugeron plus- twice daily 2. Absolut 3G- Once daily 3. Nootropil 800 - Thrice daily. My question  - Is the dosage prescribed for Nootropil 800 appropriate or its an overdose? He has started taking this from today only and I can see him being agitated, tired and his face and eye lids are little puffy.

I was covid patient now my report come negative. I am having fatigue, headaches, leg pain and swelling on 1 side of the face. Please suggest

My father was suffering from Covid 19 1-2 month back . Had treatment of Covid at hospital for 33-34 days due to Oxygen issue . Currently having spo2 level of 85 avg at home without Oxygen from outside . Same is given if required when lower as directed by doc . Currently since few days he is facing a bit of issue near his nose where he feels like swollen near left nose and not able to take long breath . Same is normal of used nosal spray otrivin oxy . Or use Vicks inside nose (same directed by doc). That gives relaxation for a few hours . But again it's same . Pls guide for same so that he can have a bit normal long breath for recovering . Also attaching photo of his face if required.

I get frequent throat pain in a spot in right side...which comes out as throat infection. Sometimes with it ear also aches. What dietary change I can make? Or something else to do.

Ears sometimes feel stuffed and heavy as in airplanes sometimes ears feel stuffed, also followed by a lot of anxiety and sleeplessness due to anxiety. No pain in ears, although consulted an ENT specialist but no relief and other problems such as acidity and gas also started after medication and gas with a feeling that its stuck at the throat adds to the feeling of anxiety. These symptoms dont persist continuously, they come and go but dont vanish. Completely. Plz advice

I am having this nasal congestion for quite a long time. Did my Crp test and covid test too a week before. Covid was negative. Had Azithromycin for 5 days and allectra for 5 days. Constant steam inhalation, gargling is on. But only getting temporary relief. I am using otrivyn twice a day. After which the congestion is not there but the outer pain is there. Please suggest.

My brother had dry cough since 3-4 months. We took lot of syrup like adulsa, torex etc., allergy medicines but till date dry cough do not get cure. Last month we had also done chest xray and HRCT, both reports are normal. Sometimes he has only 1_2 times dry cough in a day but something all the day. We also do steam and gargle daily Now what should we do? Pls help!

Hi I am suffering from severe pain on above head,face , no eck.i thought it's due to dental but dentist said it's ent related.oast 15 days,I have jaw bone paining worst like anyty.this month has ear pain like kind.left side near to aye and war point,I noticed light swelling last week and was paining badly.but now that reduced. Now pain is in middle head topside , also feeling like small small light solids( cold) throughout face neck below neck ,near ears,head. Confused what it is. For one year continuously I suffer sneezing,cold commonly daily by touching cold water,in summer also same. When I am inside AC,I feel like face swollen and slight heavier head If I take steam always,I feel normal. Fir past one month,the pain us there. I went to ent today,he gave Montek lc ( I was already taking almost year) sometime.only that day nothing won't be there. Today,ent specialist said it's not sinus ,gave gates tablet,Montek again, told me jaw joint bone problem.confused what to do now to redu
