Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

April19-2021: She got headache,oneside facialpain(nose,jaw,eye) by evening she got fever100. Localdoctor given IV injection Ceftriaxone daily forthe next 4 days. After 6days again she experienced pain around right side nose during afternoons for next 3days.April30-2021: Shegot fever100 tested covid came negative so I consulted ent doctor in practo he told that it is post covid infection and prescribed ceftum250 and wlkoryl tablets. May5-2021: She got highfever and tested positive for covid and covidmedication(steroid prescribed antibiotics jaw pain and nose numbness  for 5 to 6 days May25-2021: I took her to Ent doctor in town to evaluate whether it's normal sinisitus or black fungus.After CT scan report he saying like as if now it is not black fungus, it sinus infection only but he is not sure. Can anyone please confirm it is sinisitus or balckfungus..attached ctscan(not diabatic)

I am suffering from cough from six months along with phelgm/mucus in throat. Sometimes I suffer from runny nose, sore throat and heaviness in chest also. I also feel sleepy during the day. At times there is dried blood in my left nostril. My blood reports, chest and nose X-Rays are all normal. I have consulted various physicians, ENT and chest specialist, tried various medications and cough syrups but it only works till the time I am taking them after that the problem starts again. Moreover I don't suffer from fever, inflammation of neck , blood in cough or weight loss. I am covid negative. Some doctors say there can be allergy from some particles in air, some say it can be sinuses but there is no concrete evidence. Please let me know what can be the problem or cause of this problem. I am really concerned as the condition has worsened with time.

Hi, Post covid recovery it is 16 days. I experienced sinus pain 3 days back and visited ENT specialist and he examined my nose through sinoscope for black fungus and told Nasal mucosa and sent me for sugar test and it came 122. He told nothing to be worried about,you won't get any fugus. He gave tablets to thin mucus and solespre. Now i don't have much pain how ever i feel tingling sensation above my upper jaw, But no swelling Also my jaw feel tired after eating hard items. I had no symptoms of black discharge from nose. I lost my sense on left and right cheek 15 days back.  Now my right cheek is normal however left cheek still feels a very little lose of sense. Also my throat is sore and red always, slight cough in morning time. All these comes in day time, but evening and night i feel better. I'm still worried if it is black fungus.

Recently recovered from covid I had mild infection no fever was there it has been more 25 days still I have sore throat..I am doing gargle drinking luke warm water taking tusg dx syrup thrice but still it's not going away.other than sore throat weakness.d dimer crp were normal from start.only low hb which is 10.what to do.anything serious..plz help

I get cold very easily. If breeze of air passes over my nose or ear, the cold and sneezing starts. If i stay in warm room where no air flows, i feel normal but if exposed to air cold immediately starts. Also i sneeze so loud that my ears get so blasted each time. This is happening since many years. I didn't find a solution. Please help me here. Will be consulting immediately.

Hi, I m feeling pain while swallowing, feel like something is stuck in my throat from more than 1 month For that i have consulted ENT doctor, for 5 days he has given me 1.acelofenac, paracetamol 2. Antibiotics After using 5 days i still feel the same. So i again visited the doctor and he did endoscopy for throat and found that there is an" Arytenoid Ulcer on the right side for A. E. FOLDS" and doctor has prescribed the below medicines. 1. Lox Viscous 2% syrup (to gargle morning and night) 2. Mosiba tab(for morning and night) for 10 days. Could anyone please suggest me that the above medication is enough for the treatment.

What are the symptoms of black fungus. I was covid positive but now I have covid negative reports. Now I am cough, swelling on one side of face, headaches and fatigue. Please suggest.

Hi My father, who is a COPD patient has developed sudden intolerance to chillies, onion and any citric or acidic substance since 1 year. He can't eat food with even a particle of chilly powder. He is a smoker since 45 yrs and is trying hard to quit it. He describe it as a cut in the tongue which is not healing. He suddenly became weak around 10 years ago probably due to COPD. He has also developed pain in his right arm for some days. Please suggest if it is a concern. Thank you

I am suffering from round the year sneezing issues due to nasal polyps and rhinitis. For past 3 years, i have been taking Montair LC which has worked most of the times for me to bring sneezing under control but sometimes it doesn't work for me. Approximately 4 months back when the anti histamine failed to work for me, i was prescribed Nasal spray Spiroflut A which i initially used for around 3 weeks and then i have been using it on an adhoc basis to control symptoms. Can i continue to use this spray while i take covid vaccine? Any other thing i need to be careful with due to my sneezing issues while i go for vaccine?

Doctor i have recently recovered from covid and experienced headaches post recovery.I checked my eyes and I am now wearing spectables now so headache is better.But two days ago i felt like facial pain on my cheeks,like someone with pointed nails pinching lightly on my facial skin.I am still experiencing this irritation now too. Could it be sinus problem or the black fungus?
