Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a very sore mouth and am not able to eat anything. It pains a lot and pain is upto my tonsils and some parts of throat. Please suggest something. It's also very red and I have swollen lips and throat.

My Grandfather is suffering From fatigue and vomiting along cough, he couldn't either vomit or cough out properly. He isn't willing to eat anything, what to do to gain his strength back and make him feel easy with vomiting and cough

I had sinus problem. And had a sinus surgery also 9 years back. But Daily morning and during eating and every 2 r 3 hours watery white colour mucas coming from throat ( it's coming from maxillary sinus to throat). What is the problem?

My mother has coughs for more than a week now and she had panthor,montair and augmentin but not much relief. Can you a devise a better medication and let me know if vitaresp is good.

My one ear is blocked for 7-8 days.. it's is so sensitive to sound now ... I'm hearing poping and scratching sound from my ear .. I have tried some ear drops and tablets by near medical store but nothing happen to my ear the problem is remain same ...at the time or swallowing and yawning the ear open and suddenly again close ..I take steam too but nothing happen

Early morning,  sneezing, runny nose and headache. All season chronic problem. Headache on top part of head. Swelling near eyebrow during heavy headache. Stomach feeling heavy after meals and dinner.some time little pain in lower abdomen part. Pl advice.
