Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Yesterday I apply mustard oil in my nostrils after some time I sneezed many times and in the morning I feel throat pain and burning in throat. I feel burning sensation inside throat on both sides. Please suggest some tips. It makes me panic and anxious. Please reply help me what should I do??

I've been sneezing 5 to 8 times in a go for full day specially in daily morning after Dusting the whole house. I do dusting with my masks on that make sneezing frequency lesser than usual. Also my eye itches, and this happens only indoor. Outdoor I'm totally fine. Got my covid test done twice but result was negative. So I googled these symptoms and concluded to have Dust mite allergy. Is it? I really need help because this sneezing for whole day is supremely irritating.
