Is eye blinking rapidly a sign of vertigo? ...i feel i am going dizzy like heavy headbut never feels dizziness..is it vertigo?

Hi still I am having cough, after covid recovery it's been over 45 days. Cough like some irritation and disturbing in the throat. I have been taken 4 kind of syrups but no results. I am getting cough early in the morning and after lunch and before bed for quite sometime. Could you please suggest me how to get rid of this symptom.

I had covid positive on last month April 5 ,and I on home isolation and  i am daibetic and came out of isolation on 20 April, and today my daibetic result is 130 and 145 ,and yesterday afternoon I got head pain in top of head and I take one tablet in night and by morning I don't have any head ache but today by after noon I have head ache in back side ,nerves are pain and after removing my mask in my home my headache is going slowly, is it any symptoms of black fungus, and if black fungus affected in which area head will pain and it will come constantly or some time pain and some time not
