Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My throat and toungue hurts whenever I eat even less spicy food or drink normal temperature water it seems to be related to stomach heat not sure

I m covid positive before one month. After the 1 one month I m still not smell and taste due to covid.

Female 23 yr,Allergy ,sneezing & watery nose for 8 months,when she is taking medicine like anti histamine I.e.Montelukast levocetrizine n all , everything becomes OK but when stops medication again allergy like runny nose n sneezing continues.There is no any lungs problem or any other chronic aliments present.she had no allergy issue from birth ,it is suddenly appeared last year.Kindly help,what could be the possible reason?better treatment n tests available?

My left nose is always blocked, not able to breath properly for almost 8,9 years now. Visited pulmonologist but no problem with lungs and wind pipe (taken scan, x-ray). Taking breath easy from pankajakasthuri, sometimes it helps but not in winters. Pranayama is not working, I'm getting yawning and unable to do minimum for 3 mins. If I take a deep breath there is pain near chest. I have no other health issue. Milk and dairy intake increases my breathing problem & bad breath  gives pimples on my cheek all times.

On 19th April this year I had all symptoms of covid and got isolated. I recovered completely without getting hospitalised. Yesterday I observed cold weather and I also have started headache, weakness and some bodypain. Is it can be black fungus.

From last 7 - 10 days. Mucocele at my lower lips. It's not paining but I am getting irritated due to this.

I went for Upper GI Endoscopy 3 days back and after the endoscopy I didn't feel anything for next 2 hrs as my throat was numb but after that I started to have throat pain and when I swallow anything the pain increases. Even when I swallow water it hurts. I told the doctor who did my endoscopy that you have grazed my throat while performing an upper GI endoscopy but he said that the pain will subside within few days as in some cases endoscope does graze the back of the throat. Since yesterday morning I am feeling like ringing in my ear. Feeling like some blockage in the ear due to which I am hearing partially not fully. Can you suggest me what can I do for this?

Now a days we are hearing of black fungus disease what is the incubation period of this black fungus disease

I'm suffering from anxiety and I'm on medications for it..but some times I develop sneezing.. breathing difficulty.. tiredness..fatigue... previous history ...I had sinusitis... frequent cold I dont know weather it's allergy or anxiety..but I'm taking anxiolitics...how to get allergy diagnosed
