Pain in inside right nose

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I was feeling pain in right nose on a point where bone start nose was clear but few time once in a day after shower it was blocked for some time when I laying opposite side or do any work it will be open in 1 minute. But I didn't understand why pain inside. And I have a dental problem also from 2 days when I was eating lunch my right side fang was pain because of it was a little whole inside fang. Because of not open dentist I take medicine for cure for get relief from pain
