Throat irritation when swallowing saliva
Since past few days, I've woken up in the morning with throat irritation. I feel it when I swallow saliva. But, I do not feel it when I swallow food or water. My ears also feel full at eustachian tube. I wake up in the morning with a dry throat and nose as well. I have also been having bouts of acidity recently. Can you please advise if it throat infection or Gerd or post nasal drip?
