Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My one side face ,nose,and backside of head is paining,when endoscopy of nose is done dactor advise to do septoplasty .can this occur migrane type of pain only one side of head and backside

Around 12 days back I had recovered from typhoid..during the infection and after the recovery I often get cough especially at night times with wheezing breathing, mucous that comes back again, tight chest which isn't like before wherein I could breathe and feel the air flow to the full in my lungs. I take my food at proper times without delay and maintain sufficient hygiene but still it has become a continuous or a constant issue. Kindly provide some solution or medication to reduce it. Thank you

I'm having severe cough and nasal congestion since few days.When I get cough my whole body shivers and chest pain for few moments. What should I do to get rid of it.

I was operated for Mastoid 3 years back, initially my hearing was improved before 2 years but now my hearing is lost , it comes for 2 -3 days than goes back.. kindly suggest.

.I have already seen by an ent specialist 2 months back  doctor cleaned ears where, there is dust, after cleaning and using medication  I feel very good but after 2 months I have lots mucus stuck in nasopharynx .My ears  were suddenly blocked at some times, feels bit ear pain some time.All ways feeling sleepy throughout the day.

I do snore while sleeping regularly. My wt is 62kg and height is 160cm. How to avoid it. Let me know

He take the Medrol 16mg for 20 days can it comes to High dose of steroids. He will come risk on black Fungus.

Hi, Yesterday night i suddendly felt like spinning of my head. Though i slept comfortably at night but when i woke and stood again head was spinning like a hangover. It happened last month i consulted doctor and he said I scratch my ear too much is the reason for that and it stopped afted some medications. But now again it started and i dont know the reason. I have a dry and sometime very itchy ears. Yesterday i used my mobile too much aswell. I tried with eye specialist and he said you eye muscle are very weak. Can anybody help or suggeat me in this?

One ENT doctor prescribed me nazero nasal drop but i forgot the doses of it, on prescription 3°πd×10days written... What does it means...??

Recently I got my impedance test done . It's showing type AD graph with hypermobile tympanic membrane in right ear. Though my hearing is  normal. I am only experiencing itching and pressure in my ear. I already met ent and used halovate f Cream for itching but no relief. I am not able to know the exact issue with my ear. Kindly help.
