Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mom is under thyroid medication 75mg, can she take Covishied? Will there be any side effects? Should she avoid taking thyroid medicine on the day of the vaccination ?

First symptom on 22 april is 99 fever diahhera spo2 99 Last symptoms on 4th may.. No steriod taken,non diabetic Having pain in sides of eyes near to nose from 14 may(eyesight is weak already, checked and corrected), no redness in eyes and some time heaviness on nose...no fever, little headache on front side.anxeity...x ray report attached.
