Multiple problems include sleep apnea as told by local ent specialists in which oxygen saturation goes very low while sleeping so we require to give oxygen through cylinders, Extreme tachycardia (pulse rate 136 as last registered,right artery enlargement as last recorded in ECG Report 10 days back),lipid profile is very bad with tryglecides being 435 as last recorded

As according to ur history if u r facing such tachycardia plz consult ur cardiologist and a pulmonologist for sleep apnoea ...as there are machines which can help u sleep better ... But not without advice .. but all parameters shd be under control to begin any other intervention
