Dry cough more than 40 days

My MRI SCAN REPORT SHOWING (Pathcy mucosal thickening in bilateral ethmoid sinuses.) any I have dry cough more than 1.5 month hrct is 0/25 ... someone suggest me Levofloxacin 500mg for 10 days but it have some serious side effects

You have not mentioned if uou had covid recently. Take an antacid and antihistamine for few days. Avoid spicy food. Consult online for detailed history and assessment.
