  4. Dry Cough since one month. Suggest.

Dry Cough since one month
I have persistent dry cough since the last one month. It is very loud and feels like it comes from centre of chest. There is no wheezing, no phlegm. Sometimes it feels it has gone but then starts again. Please suggest.
