  4. Sinus problem. As it's hard to sleep.

I have been suffering from cough and running nose since almost 1 year. But i didn't doctor due to the pandemic. So i need lil bit of help. Prescribe some medicine or tips as it's hard to sleep.

Have u any nasal allergy. ? Use tab cetrizine one tab at bed time . Otrivin nasal drops three drops on either side 3 times daily .
