Swelling in throat. Isn't any acid?

I have acidity problem when i recover from it i get a lump in my throat feeling of something stuck in my throat that goes away with burp now i feel like my throat is swollen inside that is not visible outside like when i nod my head or down my i also get a thick mucus in the morning i don't have any pain cough or enlarged lymph node or shortness of breath i don't feel good i feel lazy and lethargic i went to my ent i told him everything how worried i am he told me to do blood test and tsh urine and stool examination all came clear then he told me its nothing you are over thinking and over analysing things he gave me medication for acidity that my gastrologist also gave me aciloc300 what should I do i am very worried i feel like my throat is enlarged it is getting big(which it is not)like the tribals who put rings in their neck to make i t large i am just depressed i feel like my throat is full but their isn't any acid
