Ear pain and nose blockage
There is Ear pain from longer period and I feel nose block also and there is eye swelling also.
Doctor suggested to use nasal spray but nasal spray is contains steroids , which suppress immune system is it okay to use that.

In my opinion Steroid spray can use topically. But i think in your scenario It wont help much.

use xylometazoline nasal.drops for 5 days only and steam inhalaton.
