Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My age is 26 and it's been 2mnths since I recovered from covid,,Plz suggest me best medicine for post nasal drip and mucous formation

Namaste Sir/Madam, I m getting a mild on n off left ear pain from last few weeks, went to a ENT Doc 2 weeks before, Doc said me that inner ear swollen cuz of cold n prescribed me Cepfodoxime clav, Paracetamol+aceclofenac n Levocetrizen. There was almost no pain until I complete course of medicine, but later pain started again, today I went a different Doc as previous Doc wasn't available. Madam said me there is no prob of ear, Both ear are normal, She actually showed me this, m said that my throat is bit more red which should be usually, n was about prescribe medicine I interrupted her by saying that I had habit of chewing Guthka, she said it's good that you left then I said Madam I google my symyoms it says cancer sometimes, she asked me stop googling n I asked her to look in to my threat... she Did endoscopy. and reports are here.. plz help me..
