Hi. Any strong smell like a perfume, camphor, coffee, eucalyptus etc can be used for smell training. It is certainly not essential to use any particular brand of essential oils. Smell training involves repeated sniffing of the same few fragrances to retrain the brain to identify smells. It can easily be done with substances available at home.
