My right side jaw is bulged and bigger than left jaw.Looking like asymmetrical face. there is no any pain .I sleep one side and I chewed food one side .How to decrease that problem .Pavotic glands are normal.

It is unlikely that chewing from one side would cause that jaw to enlarge. A painless swelling in the jaw could be a sign of a tumor. A CT scan of the area would help. It is best that you visit an ENT specialist near you at the earliest or consult online.
