One side cheek is bulged

Asked for Male, 20 Years

My right side jaw is bulged and bigger than left jaw.Looking like asymmetrical face. there is no any pain .I sleep one side and I chewed food one side .How to decrease that problem .Pavotic glands are normal.

Hi. It is unlikely that chewing from one side would cause that jaw to enlarge. A painless swelling in the jaw could be a sign of a tumor. A CT scan of the area would help.
