I have a small pinkish red bulge inside my nose. The lower part of the bulge is red with blood spots.

Are u doing frequent nose picking, the lateral wall of ua nose seems inflamed, apply ointment b- bact inside with the tip of little finger and stop fiddling with ua nose

The tissue that is seen is inferior turbinate that is present in Lateral wall of nose. The inferior part of inferior turbinate is congested due to injury by nail pick or by crust removal.
