I have a white patch inside my mouth. It doesn't pain or cause anything but still visible to me. What is it  Can it be something serious.?

This is a Tonsillar concretion or stone like things that build up in the tonsils pits. Please use mouthwash to improve oral hygiene and get this removed by an ENT doctor.
