Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been running from one ENT doctor to another but couldn't get any proper prognosis. Attached is the picture of my contrast MRI scan, please help. I have strips of skin under the skin of my fore head, face and neck and those strands towards my neck are putting pressure on my veins. I get occasional dizziness and some times mY heart rate goes up. Please help me i can't perform my duties towards my family.

There is a mild pain towards right side of throat or neck from last 6 to 9 months. I have no difficulty in swallowing or drinking. I took antibaiotics like Azi and amox with different variations also antihistamine  for 5 days. It gets me relief but temporary. Lately I seen my right tonsil is slightly bigger and hard while I touch however no pain in that. Also while swallowing saliva i do have clicking sound. Please suggest.

I think i can hear a ringing sound in both ears only when i close my ears with hands (otherwise no sound). Don't kmow if i am imaging or not but can only hear when ears are closed. I have perfect hearing and never had any problem with hearung. Was it tinnitus or just my thinking?

I was eating small fried prawns and one prawns has been stuck on throat and after the incident i drank lots of water but now i can normally drink and eat food no pain at all but throat is feeling something not normal any tips on this pliz help, i am worried

In the month of April I was diagnosed with strep throat...I was advised antibiotics and I did daily salt water gargle...From the month of May I am feeling discomfort in my soft palate (palatoglossal area)...Every time I eat a small water filled blister arouse which subside slowly..but not fully... The picture which I have attached is two months old.this blister occurred after eating dinner but subside after rising mouth by warm salt water... I took becosule for one month... Now taking polybion syrup and evion 400... But still not got rid of it. Always it appears after eating...and stays all day long and subside in the morning little bit.. I don have pain in that area.. I am scared...please advice me what to do.. In between I have consulted a dentist...he told nothing to concern..it's seems like simplex herpes and advised me to take fresh vegetables,fruits and protein.. Plz guide me..I am very much scared...

Dear doctor few month I feel burning in stomach and stomach roar lot and gurgling...few days I feel throat and chest feel bubbling noises..my tongue sore and debris formed lot. Bitter taste in my saliva ..throat burned 6month Throat and chest water bubbling sound

My ear is blocked since last 2 days. There was liquid discharge before that and also I had cold. So got infected in throat and ear. Now discharge has stopped. But the only thing is my ear is blocked. Please can someone suggest what can I use to open the ear.

Hello doctor My doctor suggest me to take Thyronorm 75 for Hypothyroidism can I take Thyrox 75 instead of Thyronorm 75. As I get Thyrox 75 at my home town. Plz suggest
