Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I doing surgery of my ear in 2018 after that ryt now in this rainy season I got suffered from ear infection my ear get also swallowed and i also feel itching outside my ear and buring effect also. Also daringe comes out my both ears pls suggest me

I had gone through  cholesteatoma surgery but after surgery got the pseuomonas aerugionsa infection and the doctor suggest meropenem injections 8days 3times per day. I had taken but the infection is reduced while taking injections once we stop the injections the infection came back as like before. Could you please suggest on this issue.

Doctor , I have had this throat pain which is not noticeable on most days. When I swallow though I can feel my whole throat sore and one pinpoint location where it seems to hurt.I smoked for two years heavily in the past. I have had a throat infection in the past and once and it got so bad that I quit smoking and went to the emergency room around this same time as may have ingested liquid in which I suspect a small (half rice grain size) glass piece may have been there in around 2018, October. Since then this pinpoint pain is there. I read that glass is dissolved by the stomach acids.A XRay of the abdominal region did not show any foreign object when I did it three years ago. A larynx scope exam was prescribed to me , but I never got around to doing it because I was tired of visiting doctors and queues at the government hospitals(I was a student then) and may have delayed diagnosis and treatment. A recent Brain MRI (for psychiatric condition) is attached and says my sinus is an issue.

My right ear has been clogged or closed since like 5-6 days.. there is no pain, no oozing, no cold, no sinusitis. I have tried various methods like Putting Soliwax and then steam but with no luck. Post consultation from doctor he gave asked me to continue Soliwax 2wice in a day, he gave 2 tablets one is Febrex and Moxykind. Could this be anything else? Mind you there is no pain or trouble or hindering my work or daily routine by anyway. Post Soliwax when I put my finger in just to check..I do get dark brown wax on my finger. Please do suggest.

I had a CT scan approximately 2.5 year's ago on my sinuses and now a new ENT Consultant has ordered a new one. Should I be concerned or is this a routine request and are my sinuses likely to have changed much since?

I have sinusitus problem and undergone operation 10years ago. Now for the past 2 months I am getting running nose and sneezing frequently for every 2 days which lasts for 2 hours. I have a baby of 20 days and feeding him. Please administer a tablet to stop sneezing and running nose
