Tympanoplasty
Today is my 7th day post tympanoplasty.bandage got removed on 2nd day.. I haven't wash my hair till now..on 4th and 5th day I was feeling very good and dry ear with no pain and no discharge ..but suddenly yesterday I got shooting pain in my ear and saw a little bit blood type discharge from ear and iam having a feeling that my ear is getting full with discharge and popping sound .. Is this a sign of any infection And I also want to know that does too much of talking and having solid food can affect graft displacement

Talking and solid food will not affect the graft uptake,  but avoid water entry into the ears,  avoid catching cold, and please visit your surgeon for a followup incase of any discharge.
