I am feeling pain in right side of head at one spot and I am hearing sound from right ear . It seems like sound is coming from my head

I am observation small tiny ball like formation in a cluster on left side of my throat behind tongue, sometimes no pressure while swallowing but some time feels pressed, please advice in how to get rid of this

I have mild sinusitis with post nasal drip of clear mucus from 2 months . From one week I have pain on my bone in front of right ear and bones or nerves around the ears . The pain is not noticable when I close my mouth but whenever I touched , yawning or open my mouth the joint in the jaw near front of ear hurt very much .
