I'm suffering from sinusitis .I have vaccinated with second dose.. I have used steroid drops prescribed by doctor after vaccination.. Some of drops entered my throat will it decrease vaccine efficacy??? let me know

No the Vaccine acts be triggering immune reaction which cannot be decreased by such a small dose of steroids. Most of the steroid spray  would not enter the body but stay localized in the mucus. So no effect on Vaccination.
