Otrivin drops should not be used for long term as it can cause a condition known as rhinitis medicamentosa. You need to undergo diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses for confirmation of diagnosis of sinusitis. Once diagnosed appropriate treatment can be planned
