Sir regarding cold and fever
Yesterday I'm having throat pain..night I had taken Azithromycin 500 mg and lecet yesterday no fever,today morning fever 100.headache ,body pains ,, No throat pain.sputum in yellow colour coming from mouth occasionally.
Sir pls tell.which tablet I has to use ..

If you have started Azithromycin 500mg, take it for 5 days.
Also continue the antihistamine for 5 days.
