Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi it's been 2 days since I am having extreme anxious of heavy AC sound and machinery sound... I feel like its getting in my nerve and in my brain... I feel everywhere this sound even if it's off... I don't know why I am feeling this way I Am extremely anxious cuz of it.... AC sound fan sound everything giving me anxiety... Help this before also happen one week before then it over automatically now it's giving me problem... Help

Hello doctor, please guide me if there is anything serious related to my throat or if I need to get it treated by a doctor soon.. It has been close to a month now since this problem started and there's mild pain in throat sometimes. Thank you.

When I get cold my nose are running. Therefore I got coughing and I didn't smell very well. Morning time my nose is blocked. So I hv problem.

I have runny nose with the side of my eye near nose gets itchy sometimes, mild headache sometimes, i have this kind of situation almost every year or even twice a year, as its locked down now i can go to the hospital so i went to a nearby medicine store and the gave me fexofenadine hydrochloride 180 mg, should i take it or do you prescribe me something else?

I really have a big and wide nose, it really makes me very unconfident and I'm very disappointed with that and i would like to go with Rhinoplasty surgery. I want to know how much does it cost and who could be the specialized doctor/surgeon for this? I wanna narrow it down.

What should be done for recurrence of sore throat due to LPR ? 3-4 times sore throat in a month happening.

I am having pricking sensation in my throat for 25 days it annoying I have lot of cough with it it's sensation is not permanent it happens in morning time and no problem in sollowening still sometimes I feel that something is there in my throat

I'm getting fishy smell in nose and my nose remains blocked throughout the day,whenever I shampoo my hair,I get severe headache, mainly in the forehead...Mucus from nose deposit at the back side of throat and cause choking sensation in throat later when sticky mucus comes out i feel better...Also tonsil stones come out of throat(pic attached)Kindly tell me what should be done to lessen my problems..
