I have severe sinus headache with throat pain. I have taken Cafadroxyl but it's not reducing. Please suggest me an alternative medicine to cure sinus and throat pain

Explain your sinus prob in Detail. Since how many years it is there, how often do you have headache, is it associated with dust allergies, is there often running nose/sneezing. Etc.
