Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mother was suffering from pain in ear. We consulted local doctor, he found hole in both ears. He advised CT-Temporal scan and surgery. My doubt is that"is it mandatory to go through surgery?"

I have having itchy throat( bottom throat) since 4-5 days, i dont have any throat pain so far, i had minimal cough(meaning very light cough) for 5-6 times  total during these 5 days, i was having runny nose itchy eye corner so i took fexofenadine hydrochloride 180mg from local medical shop, i guess after i took that medicine my throat started to itch, do i have any thing to worry, what should i do? do i have covid or delta varainat? please reply

I have clogged ears from so many days . I could not able to identify that. Coz earing is good till today.. but some day I identified that clogged ear can't able to pop up.. in both the ears with ear pressure.. I visited ent near doctor told one nosal is bulge due to that it is not popping ...I have tried so many methods in home.. but still eye pressure and clogged is not opening.. what to do.. is is to the problem of euthesian tubes.. should I go for surgery.. but hearing is normal.. please suggest :(

My father in law having issue of closing nostril. 2years back he has under gone a minor surgery for the above problem. According to doctor, the flesh inside nostril is growing up which causes blockage in nostril. Hence I request you please advice me what to do.

Upper portion of my right ear injured 2 years ago. Feeling little less sensation on that area. Having little pain  and swollen in one part of that area. Which medicine can I take? Is any examination is required?

I get sore throat/cold after drinking something icy/chill. I avoid icecreams, ice cubes etc. This starts with sore throat, heavy running nose, coloured mucus from throat, nose, finally fever. Situation has now become so poorer - I catch sore throat for drinking plain water that's present in an AC room (very mild chillness also creating problem). I am afraid now. which specialist doctor should I consult for this? I don't want to eat ice creams, but not able to drink mild chill water makes me worry. Thanks in advance, doctors.

I had a fever with Nasal Congestion a week back. However, for the past four days while cleaning nose sometimes I do get a trail of blood in Nasal Mucus. It's not huge it's just small trails. What could be the issue

When it feels i am about to sneeze it stops midway and i am not even trying to stops the sneeze. Why does the sneeze stop ? And one more thing i am having pain in my left side forehead as well. Thank you
