Asked for Male, 31 Years

My son 2.9 years old , last 2days he has cough and fever was vomiting to , doctor prescribed levolon, ibugesic plus and ziprax dry syrup , but after 2days fever decreaseed after taking medicine, coughing is Not decreasing, it's continuous , more while sleeping and with in room, outside of house not coughing, today doc prescribed omnacortil forte 2.5 ml 3times for 6days .. is it ok to take this medicine for below 3years age?

Wait with antibiotics and other medicines given for 5 days and give neb for 5 days. Avoid steroids if condition is not very severe
