Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Please suggest something. From last two months I am suffering from this. Any ear drop any medicine please suggest something.

Due to numbness on right leg 3 fingers alone . Doctor has suggested me  to take pregabalin and methylcobalamin combination medicine . Does pregabalin causes any hearing loss and affect my hearing ability ??? As already facing some hearing loss issues . Is good to take this medicine as per prescription ???

I have done CT PNS there is no issue with sinus, it is clear, but in CBC report there is few% of infection. I do have allergy from rice, clove, dust and coconut. I am totally avoiding to eat this. Doctor has prescribed me montalukast and prolastin and I am following from 1 month and I can't see any results still I am coughing so much. Also, this medicines causing me side effects like aggression, mood swings. I am daily drinking warm water and not eating any cold and sour food. Even if I any fruit like apple or mango or pomegranate it cause me continuous cough. I work in IT so sometimes for a month I need to work in might shifts too. Else I do eat food on time and do exercise daily. What would be the problem here, please help.

My husband is having colds problem he is always sneezing and block nose, any medicine recommendations ? Thank you in advance

I am feeling a pea or bean shaped in the side of the neck. It is there for the last 1 year or more. It is invisible in eye but I can feel with finger . It is smooth, movable when I touch and very small. No pain. Is it worrying

I have mistakenly swallowed fish thorn last night. I have had a lot of liquid ( hot water, normal water and coke), gulped cooked rice too. But it is still stuck in my throat which I can feel. I have phlegm too in my throat due to consistent post nasal drip( I have allergy and Asthma). Pls suggest what can I do to get rid of it. It is not going down and not coming up even after coughing.
