Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been having the urge to sneeze, but it haven't came out. I've tried to make myself sneeze but it hasn't worked. From the last two months I am unable to sneeze. In a day atleast 3 to 4 times it happened with me. Due to this my chest and head becomes heavy. What to do with this? I am scared.

Hi doctor, My right ear is hurting since 3 days due to AirPods (I assuming AirPods because one night I fell slept with AirPods and next day in the morning I was feeling pain ) Please suggest what to do as its hurting mostly in night time and whenever I touch ear little hard

Hi I've had throat redness for 2 months. When I drink something ice cold, it irritates my throat and I also get fever. I've got fever 2 times in a month. What could the reason be? I also have irritation in the throat

For the past 2 months my wife has throat pain occuring at different points which lasts for 2-3 mins and happens 1-2 times a day.  Sometimes it feels like pain we have after shouting, sometimes needles, sometimes scratchy. There is no cough or pain while swallowing. There is no specific point where this happens. We work in IT firm and have a long sitting job. She is also suffering from migraine. Pain starts from one point and changes position/radiates to different parts of the throat and goes away on its own. Please suggest what could this be.

My daughter is 21 months old.. she having trouble to breathe\ blocked nose only at night time... she is not taking any medicine.. and don't have any other symptoms or disease.. presently using saline nasal drops from 5 days.. she stil have problem. After giving drop she sleeps peaceful otherwise it very difficult for her to sleep... plz suggest medications and treatment..

Hello dr, I'm having hot sensation in throat from past 5 months...im not understanding what it is..i consulted gastroenterologist and used ppis , antacid syrup also. And i stopped eating masalas and spicy food too...still my throat is always hot.
